Jakarta, 22 July 2021 – Acknowledged as one of Ministry of Health’s first private partners to implement a walk-in and drive-through vaccination site in Indonesia through the the launch of the vaccination center in Nusa Dua, Bali in February 2021, Good Doctor Technology Indonesia (“Good Doctor”) proudly announces today that it has reached more than 200,000 vaccine recipients to date. Good Doctor’s technology capabilities in rolling out massive vaccination programs across Indonesia, specifically within 12 cities, including Tangerang, Bandung, Palembang, Solo, Samarinda, Jakarta, Cirebon, Karawang, Yogyakarta, Semarang and a number of districts in Bali. The vaccination covers the government’s key target recipient groups such as the elderly, tourism workers, people with disabilities and SMEs.
Leveraging its technology and innovation capabilities, Good Doctor ensures that vaccine recipients are kept safe by tapping on its digital-first platform, which manages pre-registration online screening and scheduling of vaccination appointments prior to site visit. At least 20% of the total number of vaccine recipients reached through Good Doctor-powered vaccination programs were screened on-line, which has lowered the risk of crowds and onsite rejection by 40%.

This is an effort to support healthcare facilities in providing care for COVID-19 patients with mild symptoms that are self-isolating at home. The patients can receive free consultations with Good Doctor’s physicians, giving them access to high quality care not only in Jakarta but also in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). They will also be provided with additional guidance to ensure that they are well supported during this critical period of time to curb instances of self navigating and self-diagnosing.
