2. Alfafa (medicago sativa)
It contains vitamin K which can help stop bleeding in piles. Blend 50g of leaves per day and drink 2 times a day as fresh juice.
3. Plantain (plantago major)
It is one of the best plants that help repair wounds around the anus because it contains Tannin or Allantolin.
Tannin functions as a hemostatic (stops bleeding) caused by rupture or tearing of hemorrhoidal blood vessels. In addition, it can reduce irritation of the area around the anus with its anti-inflammatory effect. Boil and drain the boiled water, drink 1 medium cup three times a day.
Prevent hemorrhoids
Meanwhile, to prevent hemorrhoids, avoid sitting for too long, eat more fiber foods such as green vegetables and do not hold your bowel movements. If you do notice hemorrhoids, check the size and whether they are causing a lot of bleeding.
