PT Good Doctor Technology Indonesia (“GDT/we/us”) takes your privacy seriously. Your provision of personal data is voluntary and all of your personal data will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

- provide information that is not used to personally identify individuals (e.g. aggregate statistics relating to the use of services on the Platform);
- Transfers to unaffiliated third parties including our third party service providers and agents as well as relevant governments and/or regulators, both in Indonesia and overseas, for the purposes stated above;
- as reasonably required for the provision or agreement of third party services;

- any other purposes required or authorized by law or incidental business purposes in connection with the foregoing.
Personal Data
Personal information is data about you from which you can be identified, and it will not be shared, disclosed or displayed except as stated in this Privacy Policy. The information in question is the following information:

Personal Information includes but is not limited to full name according to the valid identity card (KTP or Passport), gender, complete address, date of birth, telephone number, date of birth and the email address you provided when you registered yourself. first time on our Platform. - Personal Health Information
Personal health information includes but is not limited to known health conditions, medications, allergies, vaccinations, medical history, health goals, prescriptions, reports and medical files uploaded by you from time to time on the Platform. - Business Information from Service Providers
GDT will give preference regarding payment methods for payment to Payment Providers in connection with the Services provided. The payment provider in question is a third party that has access to the payment method. These third parties are bound by business contractual obligations regarding security and confidentiality.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Personal Health Information we collect is information relating to your health and will not be considered a medical record.
We also have the right to collect information when Users use the Application, including but not limited to: GPS coordinates (in the event that you activate this feature in connection with the use of the services we provide on the Platform, among other things for the purpose of identifying the delivery address when you purchase products on Platform, to get recommendations for Health facilities closest to your location and/or other things as relevant), Internet Protocol (IP) Address (if using a browser), operating system and browser type, image (in the case of you uploading a profile photo on the Platform and /or uploading photos that you make in connection with utilizing the services we provide on the Platform) and/or other relevant data in connection with providing services on the Platform. We may track some actions you take on the Platform, such as the content of searches you make on the Platform.
To achieve the purposes stated above, your personal data may be disclosed to other GDT entities and to agents and service providers appointed to process data on our behalf.
You agree that we may transfer your Personal Data from your existing user account with our partner platform to this Platform.
Collecting Aggregated Data and Cookies
Like many platforms, we use cookies to obtain aggregate data about platform interactions to identify trends and obtain statistics so we can improve our Platform. This allows us to provide services to our users and improve their online experience.

We retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, unless otherwise required by law.
